Whisk to combine. \item Add 2 eggs and whisk until the dough comes to a smooth batter-like consistency. \item Slowly add the warm milk into the dough to temper the eggs, turn the heat up to medium. \item Heat over medium until the mixture thickens, cooking for about 10 more seconds.
